About Frontier Valve
Founded by "Valve Men" in the 80’s Frontier has seen a steady increase in size and knowledge. We have had 3 new buildings in the past 10 years as our product line and capabilities have increased.
At the beginning we built Specialty Valves. Valves that are so unique it would be impossible to find them on a shelf somewhere. Our in-house Engineering Department is very capable of designing new valves or modifying existing products to meet you're unique needs. Although most of our work is oilfield related we have, can and will design and build valves for any need in any industry.
Later in the companies development we saw a need to add a consistent product line. Our first move was purchasing the Masterflo Pig Ball Valve line. These valves are widely used in the industry and we are proud to be continually improving upon an already great product. The new Frontier Valve Pig Ball Valve line is a great continuation of Masterflo's old line.
Seeing the successful expansion into Pig Valves we decided to take it one step further with our own Ball Valve line. Our Frontier Ball Valve line is built to the highest of standards and we're proud to say it's a Canadian made product line.
About Nitrex West
Nitrex West was born when Nitriding Gurus Nitrex Metal Technolgies in Burlington, Ontario wanted to expand their services west. Given Frontier Valve's extensive industry knowledge it was a natural fit for us to jump on board. Our controlled process is unmatched in the Nitriding Industry and is equivilent only to our Eastern partners in all of Canada and two partners in the USA.
Our furnace has a 2.5 m length x 1.0 m widtch dimensional limit and a 7000 lb. weight capacity. Nitreg® Computer Controlled Gas Nitriding is suitable for high value parts of almost any dimension or production run volume.
